"Blizzard's Wake" - This book is about a boy named Zeke who has just gotten out of jail. The reason he was sentenced to three years, five months, and six days of time is he ran over a woman while driving while drunk. On his way home, there is a huge blizzard and he must find shelter in order to survive. He his heading to his old house and discovers that it is snowing snow hard that he can’t even see his hand a foot away from his face. He barely makes it to a car in the middle of the street. In the car, to Zeke’s deep disappointment, are the husband and son of the woman he killed. He must help them get back to their house, stay alive, and then live with them and put up with all of their loathing and hatred for the next few months.

"After" - This exciting novel takes you into the life of a group of high schoolers that have to endure the after effects of a school shooting that takes place 50 miles away.  Right after the Plesasant Valley shooting, Central Highschool starts changing very quickly.  First they install metal detectors, then it's random backpack searches, and worst of all random drug tests.  But the students at Central have no idea how stressing a day of school can be when students start disappearing.

"Give a Boy a Gun" - Don't actually give a boy a gun, it's dangerous for what he can do to harm others. In this book two boys by the names Gary Searle and Brendan Lawlor get stressed out and what to take revenge on the teachers and football players in Middletown High School. They want to get revenge for what they did to them, how they mistreated them and harm them. These kids actually get thier hands on some guns and take hostage of most of the High School students at a the High School Dance. What will happen and who will get hurt? Read the book to find out!
 
Todd Strasser takes interviews of friends, family and other people who knew and witnessed Gary and Brendan; into a novel that recreates the stoy from beginnig to end.

"Blood Trail" - Is a gripping novel about a 17 year old boy named Booger.  Booger's best friend is murdered and no one knows who might have committed the crime-- expept Booger.  But because of his fear he has to battle whether or not to tell anyone.
